With a late start to the golf season, the 2018 summer golf program will soon be upon us.

After soliciting feedback on last year’s program we have decided to make the switch back to Tuesdays.

The program will begin on June 19th and run through July 31st with no session on July 17th.

Take a look at the registration form below for further details.

Over 6 inches of rain in the last three days.

Needless to say, we won’t be golfing today.

Take a look at a few pics we took this morning.

Looking at the debris patterns it appears to have been even higher at some point.  Although Draper Creek tends to flood from time to time, it is amazing how quickly our course can shed water with the creek’s assistance.

The forecast looks amazing with mid-70’s and sun.

Make a tee time for the weekend here!

We invite you to join us this week at the BCC for what is sure to be a memorable week of fall golf.  With temperatures forecast in the mid 60’s to low 70’s through Saturday, this is the week to take advantage of the low rates in combination with a course that is in great condition, as well as unseasonably warm temperatures.

Just as an FYI, the Club will be aerifying greens next week, Monday and Tuesday.

The front 9 will be closed Monday and the back 9 will be closed on Tuesday.

The $auk County $cramble was another one for the history books.  This year’s winning team literally tied our best score ever with an 11-under par 61 on Sunday morning.

In the era of flings and mulligans you may not think 11-under is a very impressive score, but with three man teams playing the Black tees and with pin placements that were borderline insane, that score is most impressive.

Josh Quinn, Cal Getshmann, and Jacob Bodette were the victors and took home a number of flag events & skins to pad their pockets.

In second place with a 64 were Jamar Gary, Troy Kleinart, and Matt Buhler.

Thank you to all who played.  it was a beautiful day for golf and the competition was strong.  I hope you all return in 2018 and bring a few more buddies with you.  The more people we get, the more we are playing for!

A special thank you to Pemberton & Englund Law Offices for their support of the event and their $200 donation to the prize pool.

Congratulations to Don & Ellen Weiss on their victory this year!

Thank you to Don and Sue Dietsch for all your efforts making this league as good as it is.
